Which level of survey should you choose?
Our reports follow the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Home Survey Standards.
Level 1 – Significant defect reports
Designed to identify serious defects and issues that affect the property (structural movement or subsidence, dampness etc).
Provide a limited inspection and are recommended for modern properties that are in good condition. Significant defect reports can be provided with or without a valuation of the property.
Valuation Reports
Provide the same level of inspection as a Level 1 Significant Defect Report. Includes a valuation of the property in its current condition, given open market trends.
Useful for cash buyers and investors.
Suitable for legal advisers for probate, matrimonial and tax purposes.
