Homes England / Help to Buy (and other shared equity providers) require that a valuation report is carried out by an independent MRICS qualified surveyor.
Assurvey valuation reports are fully compliant with the requirements of the Help to Buy agencies.
We will also give you advice on the best time to instruct the inspection and can generally carry out the reports within tight timescales.
