Who are Assurvey?
We are a small business, not a corporate machine. We don’t use impersonal on-line booking forms or robots as we prefer to speak to you to discuss and understand your needs. We offer a personal, individual service at a reasonable cost within an agreed timeframe.
Our Surveyor, Andrew Morey is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and registered valuer. Andrew has been working in the residential survey industry in the West Midlands for over 25 years, so you know you’re in safe hands.
Sara Yates, an ex-estate agent branch manager understands the buying and selling process and is on hand in the office to offer advice, answer all your questions and provide you with updates throughout the process.

Some Estate agents will encourage you to use their preferred surveyors who may be employed by an affiliated company or who pay for referrals. Assurvey Ltd are completely independent and act solely and confidentially for the benefit of our clients.
We are often asked to carry out surveys for conveyancing solicitors and estate agents when they are purchasing a new home and need honest advice.
Assurvey never pay referral fees and this avoids us having a conflict of interest with any party in the process.
Assurvey do not advertise, our customers come to us by word of mouth recommendations or professional referrals from legal advisers/mortgage advisers and independent estate agents.
